Sam Amin Bio
Who Is Sam Amin?
Sam Amin is the principal attorney of Amin Law, where he practices criminal defense and personal injury law, with an emphasis on auto accidents. He represents clients in felony and misdemeanor cases, always using a resolution-driven approach and going after the “win” for his clients.
Background and Expertise
Before starting his private practice, Sam did Public Defender work in Solano County and was Deputy Public Defender at The Marin Office of the Public Defenders. Sam pursued law because he wanted to help the general public understand complex legal issues. He took his gift for connecting with others and his ability to simplify complicated matters of law and put them to use as a passionate advocate for his clients. Sam became a lawyer to help people, but his approach goes much further than that. He always has the “win” in mind for his clients, whatever it looks like in each individual case. As a criminal defense and personal injury attorney, Sam works toward quick, positive outcomes for his clients.
