Since 2010, Craig has provided fractional general counsel services, to both for-profit and non-profit businesses, in areas including business entity formation, start-up financing, intellectual property protection, contract negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions. One of Craig's fundamental practice principles is that the assessment of a business' legal risks and liabilities must come from a strong relationship based on client trust and communication. Craig's clients include product and component manufacturers, entertainment content creators, companies involved in developing technologies, education, and government benefits, as well as professionals and franchises.
Craig, a Bay Area native, holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoys exploring different cuisines, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two rescue mutts.
